If you want to shave more money off of this menu, for the chicken night buy the thighs, drums or leg quarters at Albertson's for .88 lb. It may end up costing more in the long run though, as you have to buy a family pack. I haven't checked Albies yet as to pricing this week. Albies also had "Hawaii's Own" juice concentrate for $1. I had a wonderful menu my first draft but the total was over $90, so I had to re-vamp it. This is what I came up with. Have a good week.
