Up, awake, doing laundry and getting the kids off to seminary. Lots of great buys this week and if you love corned beef, now is the time to stock up on it and freeze, although check store ads as one store had a limit of 2 to purschase at a time. I had some time yesterday to do the budget menu, so here it is.
