Corn Pudding

Corn Pudding
from Soozy

1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can whole kernal corn
1 can creamstyle corn
2 eggs beaten
1 cup cream
1 stick butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste

Mix together (including corn liquid). Put in an 8x8 pan and bake for 1 hr. at 350 degrees F.

I usually double this and put in a 13x9 pan. You can also add diced green chilies if you'd like.
