  1. Thank you for your blog. I have been looking for something like this for the Phoenix area for a while. I know it takes time to put your menus together along w/ the shopping lists, but know that is it really helpful and I appreciate the time it saves me!!

  2. Thanks. I really appreciate the comment. I wish that I knew enough technically to make it so that the list was printable. Not that everyone wants to follow it exactly, I'm sure it gets tweaked to individual tastes and likes.

  4. So I'm curious as to how big a family you're feeding, what adjustments you make to my menu/grocery list and how much you normally spend per week on groceries? And if using this has saved you $$$$ I guess it has otherwise you wouldn't take the time to read, cut and paste and print.
